Section 1 General
1.1. Engagera is a technology platform to enable collaborations across the eco-system of consumers and businesses.
1.2. We trust all individuals and businesses to use the Site and App for the increased and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
1.3. With your corporation, we will be able to assist each other on this journey for different users of the platform.
1.3.1. Individual and family users with the ranging from
1.3.1.1. health issues like allergy, intolerance, eczema, diabetes, sensitive, etc;
1.3.1.2. religion dietary requirements like Halal, Kosher, Jain Vegeterian, etc;
1.3.1.3. preference dietary for personal goals like Vegeterian, Fruitarian, etc;
1.3.1.4. people who are actively looking for suitable products, etc.
1.3.2. Business users with the reason of
1.3.2.1. would like to connect to their customers;
1.3.2.2. ensuring data quality by gaining reputation;
1.3.2.3. reduce packaging cost, logistic cost, customer support cost, etc;
1.3.2.4. gain insight for market expansion and increase awareness;
1.3.2.5. inform customers on their recipe changes.
1.4. This platform will not be successful without you. Help us make our hopes a reality by respecting our Community Guidelines.
Section 2 Community
2.1. The list of communities are created to allow Engagera users to connect with like minded folks within the specific topic. If you have any suggestions for a new Community to be created, please do post a “Discussion” post in the “Engagera Contact Us Community” for the Engagera Team to connect with you at the nearest possible time.
2.2. Values:
2.2.1.Trustworthy: Contribute at the best of your ability to ensure everyone can use the inputs to help reduce their coping time in transitioning to a new diet. In addition for Business User, is to keep information as up to date as possible to help consumers be aware of recipe changes.
2.2.2. Supportive: Being there for each other throughout their journey of discovery.
2.2.3. Diverse: We are a global community with a diverse user base. This means that some reviews might be in a language different than yours
2.2.4. Accepting: Acknowledging others might be in the budding stage of discovery; and some might be at the expertise stage of their discovery journey. Let’s encourage and advise others on the different stages of the journey.
2.3. Age Compliance: Engagera product services are open for global download and users to comply with local or international. Specifically for (Reference from Terms and Conditions Section 4.2)
2.3.1. Europe users must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 16, per requirement of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) do not use this site.
2.3.2. US users must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, per requirement of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) do not use this site.
2.4. Language: We allow any input of language you’re most comfortable using as we want to build a diverse, global community and will look into enabling translation in our future development.
2.5. Moderators: Engagera has a small team and mainly will be relying on the community members to moderate the contents.

Section 3 Discussion
3.1. Contents:
3.1.1. Users can start a discussion to express their stories or findings or concerns with the community to connect with liked minded people.
3.1.2. All users should be supportive, thoughtful, accept that everyone has different views, try not to diminish others, and respect the privacy and safety of others.
3.1.3. Do not post illegal content or solicit or facilitate illegal or prohibited transactions.
3.2. Photos:
3.2.1. Only appropriate photos will be accepted.
3.3. Refer to Section 5 to Section 7 for more details.
Section 4 Product
4.1. Users must input content as accurate as possible to help the community to locate their suitable product easily;
4.1.1. Business product posts have an “Official” tag, as they have joined the Engagera Business User membership to maintain their data accuracy and response to any inquiry from their customers.
4.2. Product Ingredients: Refers to the ingredients officially declared and stated by the brand or product company. Input must be copied and the same as the uploaded ingredient photo. Ensure cross contamination statement of “May Contain” are also included;
4.3. Brand Declared Labels: Refers to the labels officially declared and stated by the brand or product company. Selection must be as per uploaded packaging photo;
4.4. Best Effort Tags: Refers to the user or product company or brand’s best guess and unconfirmed declaration for the ingredients and product. Selection are best guess tags which ingredient does not appear on the product ingredient list;
4.5. Manufacture for: Refers to the country(ies) that the brand or product company has created for. Input must be copied and the same as the uploaded packaging image as the recipe varies depending on the target market country preference.
4.6. Tag to Communities:
4.6.1. Confidently tag the product to the suitable communities.
4.6.2. If you are unsure, please do not tag.
4.7 Photos:
4.7.1. Must contain main packaging photo, ingredient, nutritional facts
4.7.2. Must be clear where other users are able to read.
4.7.3. Only appropriate photos will be accepted.
4.8 Comments:
4.8.1. Be specific with your review or inquiries this allows the community members to know what you enjoyed or didn’t enjoy or require support from the official business user.

5.1. Reference from Terms and Conditions Section 9.1, The Site and App may contain links to other websites that are external to the Engagera. The Engagera has no direct control over the content or operation of the linked websites and is not responsible for such content or operation. Inclusion of any linked website on the Site and App does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by the Engagera.
Section 6 Community Code of Conduct
6.1. These section guidelines are not a legal document, and final interpretation is up to the administration of Engagera to do their best effort to mediate with Community users' support.
6.2. Types of product posts will be amended / hide by Engagera Users
6.2.1. Inaccurate Product Post content to increase data quality.
6.2.2. Duplicated Product Post content to increase data quality.
6.3. Types of content that will be hidden from the Community module:
6.3.1. Repeated and excessive advertising;
6.3.2. Fake news, uncurated news bots posting from third-party news sources, anti-vaccination spam;
6.3.3. Untagged nudity, pornography and sexually explicit content, including artistic depictions;
6.3.4 Untagged gore and extremely graphic violence, including artistic depictions;
6.4. Types of content that will be removed from the public timeline, and may result in account suspension and revocation of access to the service:
6.4.1. Racism or advocation of racism;
6.4.2. Sexism or advocation of sexism;
6.4.3. Casteism or advocation of casteism;
6.4.4. Discrimination against gender and sexual minorities, or advocation thereof;
6.4.5. Xenophobic and/or violent nationalism;
6.5. Types of content are explicitly disallowed and will result in revocation of access to the service:
6.5.1. Sexual depictions of children;
6.5.2. Content illegal in Germany and/or France, such as holocaust denial or Nazi symbolism;
6.5.3. Conduct promoting the ideology of National Socialism;
6.5.4. Any conduct intended to stalk or harass other users, or to impede other users from utilising the service, or to degrade the performance of the service, or to harass other users, or to incite other users to perform any of the aforementioned actions, is also disallowed, and subject to punishment up to and including revocation of access to the service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following behaviours:
6.5.4.1. Continuing to engage in conversation with a user that has specifically requested for said engagement with that user to cease and desist may be considered harassment, regardless of platform-specific privacy tools employed.
6.5.4.2. Aggregating, posting, and/or disseminating a person's demographic, personal, or private data without express permission (informally called doxing or dropping dox) may be considered harassment.
6.5.4.3. Inciting users to engage another user in continued interaction or discussion after a user has requested for said engagement with that user to cease and desist (informally called brigading or dogpiling) may be considered harassment.
6.6. These provisions notwithstanding, the administration of the service reserves the right to revoke any user's access permissions, at any time, for any reason, except as limited by law.
Section 7 Usage of Site and App
7.1. Using the Site and App, you must not (Reference from Terms and Conditions Section 4.2):
7.1.1. upload any User Content (as defined in Terms & Condition Section 5) containing any trade secrets or any proprietary or sensitive information;
7.1.2. engage in or encourage a criminal offence;
7.1.3. breach any applicable law or infringe the rights of any third party;
7.1.4. impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
7.1.5. disseminate any harmful content of any kind, including without limitation: viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, zombies, bots or any other computer programming routines that may damage, spy-on, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, programme, data or personal information held by us;
7.1.6. inhibit any other person from using the Site and App;
7.1.7. interfere with or disrupt the security of the Site and App or the Engagera’s servers; or
7.1.8. attempt or permit any other person to do any of the above acts.
7.2. allow you and other users to public information of (Reference from Terms and Conditions Section 5.1):
7.2.1. upload product, ingredient, recipe, processing information and other data to our services; and
7.2.2. upload, create, post, store and share contents, including messages, text, photos, videos, and other materials.
7.2.3. by submitting, posting, or displaying such content, you grant Engagera a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the rights to sub-license) to use, process, copy, modify, or publish such content in any media or through any distribution channels, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7.2.4. post and response to social media discussions.
7.2.5. When you delete an account with Engagera's Site and App, all content will not be deleted as your contribution is made public proprietary information of Engagera as the information will be helping others through their journey.
7.3. Any breach which will lead to termination of account refer to Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
7.4. For dispute resolution, for health related consumption impacts, please reach out to the business who are providing the product and services to you. Engagera is an informative platform to connect the eco-system together as one. Please refer to Terms and Conditions Section 2, Section 13 and Section 18 which you have accepted during your registration with Engagera.
