Section 1 General

1.1. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your acceptance of our giveaway event which is an extension of Engagera’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1.2. If you reside in Singapore or anywhere else in the world, your agreement is with SDCH Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202417559K), a company registered in Singapore. “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Engagera” should be construed accordingly.

1.3. Upon responding to our giveaway event you accept to be bound by this Engagera’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Terms and Conditions Giveaway. There will be amendments from time to time and will be effective in respect of members and visitors of Engagera using our Services.

Section 2 Miscellaneous

2.1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents as stated in the giveaway post.

2.2. How to Enter: Participants must follow the official instructions stated in the giveaway post. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. Each participant may submit only one valid entry.

2.3. Prize: The giveaway prizes are stated in the giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

2.4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced via direct message as stated in the giveaway post via Engagera’s official social media account. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, Engagera reserves the right to select another winner.

2.5. Data Privacy: By participating, you consent to Engagera collecting and using your social media handle and the personal information you provide (such as name, address, and screenshot submissions) solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and delivering prizes. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize. For more information, please refer to Engagera’s Privacy Policy.

2.6. Disqualification: Engagera reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, using multiple/fake accounts, or otherwise violating these Terms and Conditions Giveaway.

2.7. Liability: Engagera shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays of any kind, including those relating to prize delivery, which are beyond Engagera’s reasonable control. Engagera further disclaims any responsibility for, and shall not be held liable in connection with, any adverse reactions, symptoms, or consequences arising from the consumption or use of any prize.
